Linda Bagley Wiggs and Howard Wiggs

Linda enjoys the Promotional Products industry because it allows her to use her creativity to help clients get their message out in an impactful way. Linda has received the prestigious Silver Medal Award for lifetime contribution in Advertising and community from the American Advertising Federation, Polk Advertising Federation Chapter. She is a Colleague of the Creative Education Foundation and has received their Service and Commitment Award for her many years on the Volunteer Faculty at the Creative Problem Solving Institute, based in Massachusetts.

Howard and Linda have both earned the designation of Master Advertising Specialist (MAS), the highest certification in the Promotional Products industry. Both are graduates of Leadership Lakeland. Leadership Lakeland Alumni awarded Howard with their highest honor, the Jere Annis Award.

Howard Wiggs, in addition to being President of Bagley Advertising, has been a Lakeland City Commissioner since 1993. Howard uses his Florida Southern College degree in Marketing to assist our clients in solving their marketing/promotional products challenges and improving brand awareness.

Lisa Gecker

Lisa grew up in Canton, Georgia where her life long dream was to live in the Sunshine State. In 2000 she made her dream a reality when she moved to Florida and began her career at Bagley Idea Pros. Since that time she has become a true promotional product expert. Her attention to detail, art design skills, product knowledge and love of the industry has helped grow the company, improve office operations to ensure accuracy and on time delivery and help make Bagley a household name in Polk County. She is definitely the "go to gal" at Bagley ...nicked named "the Oracle" because she always has the answers to sales staff and client questions. There's a lot more to promotional products than meets the eye, and she knows all the behind the scene information you need to know to run a successful and trusted promotional products company. Lisa goes out of her way to make customers happy and satisfied and to make sure the sales staff is doing the best for each our clients. Every one of our clients has at some point been helped and guided by Lisa (even if they didn't know it).

Kathryn Bevilacqua

Carolyn G. Simpson

Carolyn was a long time client of Bagley's before she came to be an Idea Pro. For years in Polk County, she worked as a Director of Marketing in banking and a Director of Communications for government services. Impressed with Bagley's dynamic customer service, she jumped at the chance to join the Bagley Team when asked. Carolyn truly enjoys meeting new people, networking and taking care of her clients. Her years of experience in the marketing profession have helped her build a devoted and very satisfied clientele because she walks them through the process, listens to their needs and guides them with her experience to create an effective marketing campaign or awareness program or choose a single product that best meets their needs. Those skills have also helped make her one of Bagley's Top Producers year after year. Her leadership and vision has also helped her become the first woman president of the Bartow Chamber of Commerce and honored the "Spirit of Bartow" Award in dedication to Bartow and the Polk County Community.

Karen Chritton Hudson

Karen received her Bachelor's Degree in public relations and advertising from the University of South Florida in 1997 At USF, she was taught by Dr. Dan Bagley, an advertising guru, and son of the Bagley Advertising founder and sister of the current owner. Little did she know that years later, she would go to work for Bagley in her hometown of Lakeland. Working in various public relations and advertising positions, where she successfully developed political, awareness and branding campaigns, she was a client of Bagley's before she became a salesperson for them in 2006. Since becoming an Idea Pro, she has developed a true passion and energy for the industry. Karen is up-to-date on the newest trends and has developed product knowledge by attending tradeshows, online webinars, reading industry magazines & reports - all that have helped her build a growing reputation in the community as a "great idea" person and has helped her win Bagley Salesperson of the Month several times. Karen can help create long term advertising campaigns, develop logos, create special events that stand out, or help in choosing that single item that will make people remember you! Karen is a member of the Lakeland South Rotary Club, three times being awarded Rotarian of the Year in her club, and an active volunteer in the community.

Sonia Browning

Sonia joined our office support staff in June 2010 and represents Bagley as our Inside Sales Manager. She is a true Florida native. Lakeland born and raised! She is a proud mother of 3 teenagers and enjoys being involved in their schooling and many other programs and activities. Sonia had worked in the medical and workers’ compensation insurance industry for 21 years and decided to make a career commitment to step out of her ‘comfort zone’ and join our Bagley support team. She has many years of office, personnel, and management training as well as many other great qualities that we feel benefits our excellent customer service program here at Bagley. She is extremely organized, has a very outgoing personality, wonderful people skills, and most of all is eager to learn and grow in the promotional products business. Sonia is available to speak with and/or meet with you on any project you may have and always looks forward to working with our clients.

Laura Pinner Woodard

A Lakeland native and proud Florida Gator, Laura has vast experience in customer relations and branding. Laura has served as a Certified Product Specialist for Subaru of America, Inc. for over 7 years, and has represented many other brands throughout her career including ybf Cosmetics, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Canon and Panasonic, just to name a few. In addition to her experience as a product spokesperson, Laura has enjoyed an acting career with appearances on both film and television. Laura is no stranger to creating, representing and promoting a brand. Her rare gift of successful communication with a wide demographic audience gives her the skill to help you market your business effectively.
